So, I am not very good with Linux, but would like to be. So many things to learn - my head hurts. I have an Asus Eee-901 running a slightly older Ubuntu on it; Ver 9.8 I think. I play with that some. I have an Acer Aspire One Netbook running XP. And out here in the shack I have an older desktop, a Compaq Presario running window 7 and dual boot capability to Ubuntu 12.
The reason I chose jLog logging software is that it is Linux based (Maemo) and I have it loaded successfully on my Asus (that was a challenge); and I am in the process of loading it on my Nokia N800 older tablet (Maemo OS), that I could use doing qrp while camping.
jLog has a nice look and feel to it very close to our paper logs we have kept for so many years; and it supports Linux well.
