The "Skinny" Brick

Postby admin » Fri Aug 21, 2015 4:51 pm

Hi Folks. After playing around with the design of the Brick I came up with a slimmer version I call the Skinny Brick. The main body and contact bracket is machined from a solid piece of aluminum. This process allows for a more precise alignment of trunnion bearings and lever arm. It reduces parts count and It also eliminates the need to drill eight precision holes that the Brick required. The key itself is only one inch wide ! It is mounted on a solid brass base that is 4 x 2.5 inches. The overall key is smaller and lighter than the Brick. It is very stable, feels and looks great and operates smoothly. The key shown here is available for sale. Contact me if you are interested. Thanks -Joe N3HEE
